Complete the Travel Form" to provide us with the information we need to begin planning for the day of your arrival. This is when you begin to meet the other students enrolled in your class.

We will email you at least one week prior to your class to provide you with the contact details of the RFIU driver who will be picking you up from the airport and transporting you to your accommodations in Hutchinson, Kansas. If you have any further questions please contact us.

EARLY DEPARTURE NOTE
If you have made plans to depart early and need transportation to the airport before our scheduled departure on Monday, you will need $75 to cover the cost of the extra trip, or you can Uber to the airport.
