Our Team
Royal Family International University started as a ministry that began in Pete Cabrera Jr.'s living room in 2010. Since then, we've helped thousands discover who they really are in Christ, operate in the power of the Spirit, and stand firm on God's Word. In doing so, we often found ourselves spending too much time breaking through religious traditions and powerless doctrines that kept believers bound. We realized our calling was to help the body of Christ understand their true identity as sons and daughters of the King, which led us to start building our own teaching methods and ministry approach to equip the saints with the revelation of their true identity, the demonstration of the Spirit, and the authority of the Word.

Our Ministry Story
In 2015, we transitioned from Prodigal Ministries to Royal Family International University, launching The School of Identity & Lifestyle (SOIL), a transformative 5-day immersion school that equips believers to fulfill Jesus' command to expand His kingdom. We do this through teaching Identity, Spirit, and the Word. Through our proven teaching approach-The Art of Questioning—we've seen thousands set free from religious bondage and step into Kingdom demonstration.
Recognizing the need for a dedicated, Kingdom-focused education platform, we began building Royal Family Media in 2020. This streaming platform handles ministry content, online courses, student tracking, and more—without the need for multiple expensive tools. It delivers anointed teaching, hosts our online school, and connects with our global community—all centered on Identity in Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Word.
Today, Royal Family International University, through the "All Jesus Podcast", is active in 77 countries with a vision to expand to over 100 nations by 2030. Instead of running traditional Bible schools that focus on knowledge alone, we equip the saints to heal the sick, bring deliverance, and to demonstrate the Kingdom—just as Jesus commanded. This organic strategy has generated a steady flow of transformed lives and powerful testimonies—helping us build a global movement of believers secure in their identity, empowered by the Spirit, and grounded in the Word.
The feedback from our students has shaped every aspect of RFIU's growth. In fact, growing demand for deeper equipping led us to launch The Kingdom Academy. It is our developing and ongoing 2-year intensive program where students go deeper into the scriptures and are taught to become more effective teachers of the Word.
We're building something we truly believe in—an accessible, powerful, comprehensive platform to equip the saints worldwide to teach Identity in Christ, understand and cooperate with the Spirit, and fully rely on God's Word. And we're just getting started.
If someone asks how we envision the future of Kingdom education, the answer would be: "A global body of believers equipped in their Identity, empowered by the Spirit, and established in the Word—advancing God's Kingdom with demonstration and power in every nation."

In our ministry, we believe that true growth comes through accountability, celebration, and correction—embracing both success and failure as part of our transformation in Christ. Every member is called to take personal responsibility for their actions and spiritual walk1, while also walking in unity with others—rejoicing in victories and standing together in trials2. We learn not only through what we get right but also through what we get wrong3, and in this environment of grace and truth, we are sharpened by one another4, encouraged to walk in love and good works5, and reminded that our progress impacts the Body as a whole6.

We believe every idea, when offered with sincerity and humility, has the potential to bring forth growth, edification, or new understanding3. We believe passion is the fire God places in us to pursue His purpose with excellence and joy. It fuels our commitment to grow, improve, and serve with creativity and consistency1. Passion is not just emotion—it’s devotion rooted in calling2. When we operate with zeal and focus, we glorify God and inspire others to do the same3. Our passion propels our purpose and multiplies our impact for the Kingdom[^4].

We believe that integrity is the unwavering alignment of our character with the heart of God, even when no one is watching. Like a clock that never stops ticking, our moral compass is steady and consistent—guided by honesty, faithfulness to our word, and humble conviction. We stand firm in our commitments1, speak truthfully and without hypocrisy2, and carry ourselves with honor in every season3. No obstacle alters our virtue; we choose to keep moving forward, reflecting the righteousness of Christ in all we do4.
Collaboration
We believe that the Body of Christ is designed to function in unity, where each member contributes something valuable1. Collaboration brings out the best in us—not through competition, but through shared purpose2. Even the smallest ideas, when brought together in faith and humility, can lead to greater impact3. By working as one, we unlock creativity, multiply effectiveness, and reflect the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace4.
