Planning your arrival at Royal Family University? This comprehensive travel guide provides essential information for students traveling to our Hutchinson, Kansas campus. Whether you're flying into Wichita Airport, driving from out of state, or coming from international destinations, we've outlined everything you need for a smooth arrival experience. Follow our step-by-step instructions for transportation, communication setup, and important arrival timing to ensure you're fully prepared for your Royal Family University experience.
Royal Family University has limited alumni attendance to two per class to ensure adequate space for new students.
Please arrive at Wichita Airport (ICT) by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Students arriving after 5:00 p.m. must arrange independent transportation to the Royal Manor.
Meeting point: Aviator Cafe in Wichita airport or the seats opposite the cafe by the window.
Student CommunicationA group text through WhatsApp (click icon) will be set up so you can easily communicate with fellow students and Royal Family staff. Whether you're traveling by vehicle or airplane, we recommend the installation and use of this texting app. This form of communication will be helpful to you before, during and after the class.
If you are traveling from out of the country and cannot find a flight that gets you into the airport before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, we recommend you fly in a day earlier (on Monday) and check in at a hotel close to the airport. You can then take your hotel shuttle back to the airport on Tuesday for pick-up with the rest of the students.
One week prior to your class, you will receive the address of the Royal Manor in Hutchinson, Kansas. We ask if you come into town early, that you please not arrive before 5:00 p.m. on the arrival day
These flights should be scheduled to leave Wichita Airport (ICT) no earlier than 12:00 p.m. for the following Monday
Your transportation from the airport to the Royal Manor on Tuesday, and back to the airport for your flight on Monday morning is provided by the school.
Make sure to allow for the appropriate amount of time for check-in and airport security lines. We will have you at the airport at least an hour before your flight leaves.
