ARRIVAL DAY
IF YOU ARE FLYING
Please arrive at the Wichita Airport (ICT) by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., you will be required to arrange for your own transportation to where you’ll be staying in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Meeting point: Aviator Café in Wichita airport or the seats opposite the café by the window.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
If you’re travelling from out of the country and cannot find a flight that gets you into the airport before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, we recommend you fly in a day earlier (on the Monday) and get a hotel close to the airport. You can then take your hotel shuttle back to the airport on Tuesday for pick-up with the rest of the students.
IF YOU ARE DRIVING
One week prior to your class, you will receive the address of the Royal Manor in Hutchinson, Kansas. We ask that you please do not arrive earlier than 5:00 p.m. on the arrival day.
DEPARTURE DAY
- Departure flights should be scheduled to leave Wichita Airport (ICT) no earlier than 12:00 p.m. for the following Monday.
- We will drive you to the airport for your flight.
- We will ensure that you are there at least an hour to an hour and a half before your flight departs.
GROUP COMMUNICATION
A group text through WhatsApp will be set up so you can easily communicate with fellow students and Royal Family staff. Whether you’re traveling by vehicle or airplane, we recommend the installation and use of this texting app. This form of communication will be helpful to you before, during and after your week with us.
