FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registration

Our class registration form will not allow you to register past our maximum occupancy. Bottom line, if you’re able to register, there is still room in the class. If you’d like to register as a group however, please contact us to ensure there is enough space.

Your $700 donation helps us cover the costs involved during your week at the classes. Some of these costs include: food, housing, class and transportation expenses. We provide teaching, meals and lodging. We also pick you up from the airport, provide transportation during the week, and take you back to the airport.

You will be responsible for the following costs:

  • On Saturday, prior to going out on the streets, we will be going out for lunch.
  • Sunday meal after church.
  • Special grocery items for your unique dietary requirements that we haven’t provided.
  • If you need transportation to the airport before the rest of the class leaves on Monday, we will require $50 in order to cover the cost of the extra trip.

No. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and expenses.

No. Please make sure you have prayerfully considered attending before you register, as all donations are non-refundable.

Yes. On our registration form, you can choose to make a $250 deposit (total donation of $750) to secure your spot in the class. You can then begin to make instalments toward your full donation – as long as it is paid in full on the Friday before you attend your scheduled week. (no exceptions)

You can change class dates if a spot is available for the week you’d like to switch to. If you’ve made a $250 USD deposit, you must notify us at least three weeks prior to your desired class week.

No. The $700 USD donation is per person.

No. We do not have a public phone number or a public office. We have found that answers regarding registration can easily be answered online and encourage you to contact us through our contact form. Once you have registered, however; you will receive the phone number of the driver picking you up at the airport at least one week before your class begins.

For international travellers who require information for Visa applications, we will provide you with the address and phone number of where you’ll be staying after your registration has been completed.

Thank you for your understanding.

Classes

No. You really need to be there for the entire teaching; otherwise you won’t receive the complete revelation. We have tried this in the past with little success.

No. Due to our lodging accommodations, we are unable to host children under the age of 15.

Yes. Only if we have a notarized letter stating permission from both parents. Or, if a parent attends with you.

Yes. We highly encourage couples to attend together. We currently have accommodations to host two couples per class.

The focus of the class is to learn where our wholeness comes from. Healing flows naturally, and often occurs when we have an understanding of who we are in Christ and what we carry. Our sole purpose is to teach and equip. This is not a healing rooms session. Please do not come with the expectation that you will receive continual prayer from Pete and fellow classmates. This will NOT be our focus.

Yes. We try to record all of our classes and can provide downloadable MP3 files to you if the class was recorded. You will be given a chance to sign up for these files at the end of the class you attend. This does not include any video recordings.

Lodging

No. We apologize, but lodging with other students, and the fellowship that develops is an integral part of the training.

The week is set up to enable students to lean on each other — giving and receiving ministry and working through spiritual growth. You will get the most from the sessions and your classmates by spending your time immersed in the process. Please be prepared to spend the majority of your time with your classmates.

No. We have two private rooms for married couples and one large dorm style room with 10 beds.

You should bring anything you might need for a 6-night retreat. Consider taking your bible, personal hygiene items, ear plugs and comfortable clothing that is suitable for the current weather conditions.

Travel / Transportation

You can make arrangements to get a hotel room near the airport with shuttle or taxi transportation, and then return back to the airport to meet the driver on the designated student pick-up day. The same applies if your departure date is a day later. Simply book a hotel room and await your departing flight.

Because the airport is one hour from RFIU, we have to pick-up and take back all students to the airport on the same day and time.

Please do not plan on staying in Hutchinson beyond 12:00 p.m. on the departure day.

Meet at the Aviator Cafe in the Wichita airport or the seats opposite the cafe by the window. You will be included in a group text with your driver who will inform you of the pick-up time once all arrival times are confirmed.

You can contact your driver during your travel day and the necessary arrangements will be discussed at that time.

Yes. You can drive. The physical address will be provided to you in the group email we send out more than a week before your class begins.

Alumni

There is a limit of two alumni per class and you must register in order to attend. Please contact us for instructions on registration and availability through our contact form.
